terrible service,i am in a wheelchair and had made appointment for 9.30.arrived was told to take a seat!.
showed to table,there was awomen next to me who had walked in jut before,i assumed she had app to.at 9.38 a girl appeared from the back and looked at app book with receptionist,who then told her to see to a young girl first whose app was at 9.45.
at this point at 9.40 I asked when I would be seen,will be with you in a minute was reply,two non app came in for hd brows,went through to back.
at 9.47 I texted my hubby to come get me,the girl next to me then spoke,i will be doing you next????.my app was 9.30
then as I was waiting for hubby ,the girl that did the hd brows,came through just as another woman arrived,sit down she said I am with you now.to this woman
so 3 different people could have come to me but none did,was it because I was wheelchair bound and they thought I was insignificant,yes I believe so.
as I left I expressed my upset,the girl who was doing first lot of nails then informed me,i was doing these ones first as one had come off,the woman didn't even have an appointment
